The Innovation Strategies Team conducts scientific research and development activities in the field of technology transfer, innovation and enterprise development, foresight projects, and the analysis of project effectiveness carried out within international programmes.

The main areas of activity comprise:

• World innovation systems;
• Trends in the field of knowledge transformation and advanced technologies transfer;
• Structures of innovations implementation and investigation methods of their effectiveness;
• Foresight projects at the national, regional, sectoral and corporate level;
• Procedures and the effectiveness of research conducted in the frame of international programmes which support the innovations implementation; and
• The implementation of EU policies, among others, in the area of innovation and enterprise development.

The Team participates in the realisation of scientific-research projects, including the project "Advanced industrial and ecological technologies for sustainable development of Poland" and "The development of the assessment model of eco-efficiency of sustainable development technologies" financed from EU Structural Funds within the Operational Programme Innovative Economy (OPIE).
